Great wheel, very stable. I live on the first floor and I can push the wheel up and down the stairs easily despite weighing 40kg. Good autonomy to travel to work and socially. I bought this inmotion v13 bike for the first time as my first wheel. Even though I was informed in advance by the e-shop team that it was not a bike suitable for beginners. I did not take advice and ordered it. Given my weight and height, I thought that it was a suitable wheel for me. Despite buying during the holidays, the order was very well communicated and every time I contacted the seller about the order, I received a very quick response. The shipment tracking is excellent, the customer can track where their goods are. I am very satisfied with the shop. Free delivery in the EU is a big plus and good price. And one more thing about my experience with the wheel (3 days of use)... Unfortunately, it seems that due to the rainy weather, after a few km there were problems with the wheel. Something with the electronics probably. After drying it works, but it does not charge. I only charged it once...Contacting Inmotion service is time consuming and I'm currently waiting for a response and steps on how to fix the charging problem. I hope everything works out and I can continue training. And by the way, yes, it's not a bike for beginners. But I'll give it a go 🙂
