Once you have purchased an item, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) days to cancel the contract and return the goods, starting from the receipt of the order. A return request must meet the following criteria: -receiving defects or the wrong item – other reasons for unsatisfaction.

The customer must inform us in writing (via letter) with the return request, including the reason for the return.

Under no circumstances should the customer send the items without prior contact, as they will not be accepted.

All items will be inspected after receipt at our services or at the services of our representative or the brand’s services (as specifically indicated by us). Based on a proper technical inspection, only those items that meet the return conditions will be accepted for return.

Any shipping charges incurred when returning a product to KingWheels are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, in its original packaging, properly sealed, with 0 (zero) kilometers on the odometer in the case of electric scooters, via the app in the case of electric unicycles, without scratches, external or internal damage, or signs of use, and in perfect working condition, accompanied by the user manual and all of its respective accessories and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

For any payment made through a payment system (not a bank transfer) payment system, such as Debit or Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna etc, hold a transaction commission, which is not returned to the seller in case of a refund. This commission is different for different payment methods and can be up to 5% of original payment. If the refund is made at the request of the customer this commission will not be refunded.

We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipment.

The refund amount will be reduced by the shipping costs of the order placed.

The refund will be made via bank transfer to an IBAN provided by the customer.

The refund will only be processed after the product’s condition has been verified.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We offer a 24-month limited warranty that covers the original purchaser against any defects under normal use from the date of purchase. The warranty for the battery is 12 months, or longer for certain models, depending on the warranty conditions provided by the battery manufacturer. The warranty for the charger is 6 months. In case of warranty, the customer must inform us of the situation in writing (via letter), providing the order number and a description of the malfunction, along with photographs and/or videos representing the issue. In most cases, we will provide the necessary replacement parts to fix the issue. If the customer prefers, they can send the vehicle back to us for further inspection or replacement. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns, even in cases of damage or defect.  We also provide free technical support for 24 months, including assistance with repair services and spare parts. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover water damage or any type of physical damage, including damage from road accidents. Items modified by the customer are not covered.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of the invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. Kingwheels will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts at our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance.

LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS:

There are no express warranties except as listed above. Kingwheels shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. In no event shall Kingwheels be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Kingwheels is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

Liability Disclaimer. The products here are provided “as is,” without any representation or warranty of any kind other than a manufacturer’s warranty, either express or implied, including without limitation any representations or endorsements regarding the use of, the results of, or performance of the product, its appropriateness, accuracy, reliability, or correctness. Electric mobility products can be inherently dangerous to the user if not operated properly. As well, many products sold contain Lithium-ion batteries which can be a fire risk. The entire risk as to the use of this product is assumed by the purchaser. Kingwheels does not assume liability for the use of these products beyond the original purchase price of the product. In no event will Kingwheels be liable for additional direct or indirect damages including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from any defects, or the use, or inability to use these products, even if Kingwheels has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to info@kingwheels.eu to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges and transaction commission incurred when returning a product to Kingwheels are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. The shipping charge is not refundable.
